By browsing, ordering, or shopping with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and all related store policies, including shipping, payment, return and privacy policies.

All customers confirm that they are of legal age to make purchases. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, please do not use our platform or place orders.

3. Products & Order Acceptance

We offer a curated selection of formal dresses, evening gowns, prom and occasion wear for personal use. We strive to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, images and styles displayed on our website are accurate. Minor color differences caused by lighting or device displays are normal and not deemed product defects.

All orders are subject to our review and final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or restrict any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or violation of store regulations.

4. Pricing and Payment

All listed prices are final and displayed in US dollars. Prices do not include hidden fees. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Maestro. Customers agree to pay the full amount for confirmed orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and take 4–5 business days for delivery via UPS. Large-sized gown items will be delivered by truck service with prior delivery notification. Order cut-off time is 17:00 (PST). Shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues are beyond our responsibility.

6. Return & Refund Policy

All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and keep all original tags and packaging intact. Defective or wrong items qualify for free return service. Personal reason returns require customer-paid shipping fees. Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including dress photos, design styles, text, logos, graphics and layout belongs exclusively to Blush Boutique San Jose. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written approval. Any unauthorized infringement will be held legally responsible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blush Boutique San Jose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or economic losses arising from product use, shipping delays, minor visual differences, or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any valid dispute will not exceed the actual order amount paid by the customer.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend customer access and shopping privileges at our discretion, including but not limited to improper operation, policy violation, fraudulent behavior, or repeated abnormal orders. Termination will not void any outstanding payment, return or dispute terms.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Blush Boutique San Jose harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses caused by your violation of these terms, improper use of products, or unauthorized behavior during shopping.
